How BioShield® 75 Works?

Unlike convention disinfectants which rely on heavy metals to poison the cell, BioShield® 75 uses a physical mechanism to disrupt cellular function. Microorganisms are attracted to the positively charged nitrogen ion and this will cause physical rupture of the cell wall killing the microorganism immediately, hence the microorganism cannot mutate or develop antimicrobial resistance.
After BioShield® 75 dry up, it bond strongly with the surface forming a protective non-toxic shield of micro biostatic layer of sharp blades that can puncture the invading microorganisms upon contact.
Unlike conventional disinfectants that kill microbes upon wet surface contact, BioShield® 75 has self-sterilization effect and it continues to shield the surface while it is dry and offers protection from harmful microorganisms for up to 90 days. The co-polymer bond is so strong to the surface that it would not be washed off during cleaning or damaged if scratched.
